6. Feeder Configuration

CC1 comes pre-installed with 4x BFC controllers, providing up to 50 available 8mm feeder positions (52 ports total, with N0 and N312 near the rear being non-pickable and serving as test ports).

Looking from the top of the machine, the four BFC controllers are arranged counterclockwise starting from the back-left corner. Their BoardAddr are 0-1-2-3. Controllers 0 and 1 are located on the left side, while controllers 2 and 3 are positioned on the right side.

Each controller provides 13 ports, numbered from 0 to 12. Each port has a unique N, where the value of N depends on BoardAddr and the port sequence number:

Port number N = BoardAddr × 100 + port sequence number

For example, the front-most port on the left has N = 112, the front-most port on the right has N = 200.

This N also corresponds to the value in the OpenPnP command.

The new configuration file for Pandaplacer CC1 comes pre-configured with AS2 basic settings for all 50 controller port numbers (N1-N12, N100-N112, N200-N212, N300-N311).

Simply install AS2 on the corresponding port slot, then setting the component and other basic parameters under the respective N configuration. For AS2 larger than 8mm, the configuration for the left-aligned port is used by default. Modify the actuators command as needed (adjusting the advance distance).
