2. Assembly Of Air Tube And Vacuum Pump

Overview

Install and connect the vacuum pump and air tubes.

Required Parts And Accessories

Assembly

1. Install Straight Pneumatic Connector Assembly

Note

(Optional) This part has already been pre-installed on most of the machines. Please go to the next step.

Install the straight-through pneumatic connector assembly on the rear of the top beam on the right side of the machine frame. You can choose to fix the assembly on either the inner or outer side.

Connect one PU(soft) air tube to the bottom port of the pneumatic connector.

2. Connect The Air Tube For The Head

Connect one end of the PA(rigid) air tube to the top vacuum valve port on the head, and connect the other end to the top port of the straight-through pneumatic connector.

3. Install The Micro Vacuum Pump

Install a tie mount to an available spot on the machine body. It can be installed on an available position at the rear of the machine.

Install D6-L20 rubber tubes on both ports of the micro vacuum pump. Use two cable ties to secure the micro vacuum pump to the cable tie mount.

Connect the longer D4 rubber tube from the accessories to the interface on the head top of the micro vacuum pump.

Connect the wire connector of the micro vacuum pump to the AVPMT interface on the mainboard.

4. Connect The Vacuum Bottle

Install the sealing cap assembly onto the bottle opening, ensuring that the sealing O-ring is inside the cap.

Use a PU tube to connect the vacuum port (on the side) of the micro vacuum pump to one port of the vacuum bottle.

Connect the other port of the vacuum bottle to the PU tube at the lower port of the pneumatic connector on the machine body.
